Are Custom Letters only for children? Custom Letters can be created for children and adults alike. We offer Custom Letters for birthday's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, Back to School, Tooth Fairy Certificates, Halloween, and many more. If you do not find what you are looking for or if you have a suggestion, please feel free to contact us.

How much does each Custom Letter cost? The price of each letter is $7.00. The price of each certificate is $6.00. $1.00 from each letter or certificate will be donated to the Montana Caring Program for children. For more information about this program, please click here.

How do I place an order? To place an order, please complete our online order form. You will be directed to our online shopping cart to complete your order with payment information. All orders placed online will be confirmed by email address. Please be sure to include a valid email address when placing an order. We are unable to confirm or process orders without one.

Orders placed for Letters from Santa and the Easter Bunny must be received and paid for at least 2 full weeks prior to Christmas/Easter in order to guarantee timely arrival. We cannot guarantee orders placed after this time.

How long will it take to receive my order? Estimated arrival time will be 5-10 days after your order has been submitted. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How can I check the status of my order? Please feel free to contact us to check the status of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept online Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments made through Pay Pal, along with Money Orders and Checks.

Please note there is a $30.00 returned check fee for all checks returned unpaid by the bank. Payments must be received prior to Letters being sent.
